Non-powered roller conveyors are suitable for many areas of internal product transport. They are used wherever products need to be moved manually, provided, buffered or transported further using an incline.
Whether as a horizontal roller conveyor for manual operation or as a gravity roller conveyor with an incline: the systems are low-maintenance and can be flexibly adapted to different requirements. Depending on the conveyed goods, weight and installation situation, we select the appropriate chassis design, roller pitch and roller diameter for your application.

Chassis
The basis
C-profile chassis
Two different chassis variants are available as standard for our non-powered roller conveyors. The economical version with a simple C-profile is particularly suitable for straightforward transport tasks where a robust and cost-effective solution is required.
EM-profile chassis
For more demanding requirements, we use our standard roller conveyor profile. This offers a particularly stable design and features six profile slots, allowing add-on parts, side guides, sensors, sliding strips or other components to be attached easily.
Conveyor rollers
Perfect for every application
When selecting conveyor rollers, different diameters, materials and coating types are available to suit the specific application.
We offer standard roller diameters from 30 to 80 mm. In addition to conventional steel rollers, rubber-coated rollers and plastic rollers can of course also be supplied. Thanks to the many years of experience of our employees and an extensive portfolio, we always find the right solution for every transport task.
The operating environment and the products to be transported also influence the technical design of the conveyor roller. We manufacture conveyor rollers for every application, in every length and for every load.

Roller conveyor curves
Direction changes without drive technology
Roller conveyor curves enable simple direction changes within a non-powered conveyor line. They are suitable wherever products, containers or workpieces need to be guided around curves manually or by means of an incline.
Depending on the application, different designs, widths, lengths and curve radii are available. This means that suitable line layouts can be implemented even where space is limited, allowing roller conveyors to be flexibly adapted to existing production, assembly or logistics areas.
