Chassis
The basis
The lightweight yet extremely robust chassis consists of a steel-aluminium construction and, together with the integrated conveyor rollers, forms the basis of our roller conveyor modules.
The drive train is located inside the module and is completely enclosed. This protects it against external influences and accidental access.
With internal friction
The aluminium chassis with internal friction is the economical basis with tangential chain drive and adjustable friction rollers.
With external friction
The aluminium chassis with external friction was developed especially for the automotive industry. This allows the conveyor rollers to be adjusted conveniently from the outside.

Whether powered, non-powered or as a gravity roller conveyor, we manufacture roller conveyors to match the required transport task. For example, double-deck roller conveyors, particularly low-profile designs and roller conveyors on mobile docking trolleys can be manufactured and supplied. Depending on the design, different roller types, drive types and line modules are available to provide an economical and efficient solution.
Powered roller conveyors
From the individual nominal width and transport weight to the conveyor speed and perfectly adapted line layout, we manufacture powered roller conveyors according to customer-specific requirements. Our highly flexible roller conveyor systems can handle a wide range of transport tasks and are available with complete process control on request.
Gravity roller conveyors
Gravity roller conveyors can be used in many different ways. Since they do not have their own drive, they are highly energy-efficient and particularly low-maintenance. The conveyed goods are moved by means of a slight incline or by manual pushing. Roller conveyors can also be used as buffer zones. By using roller conveyor curves, complex line layouts can be implemented in a simple way. Whether powered or non-powered, our roller conveyor curves impress with their robust construction and compact design.
Heavy-duty transport
For transporting high weights, we offer suitable heavy-duty roller conveyors. Thanks to the extremely robust steel base frame and highly load-bearing conveyor rollers, weights of up to 3,500 kg can be transported.

Direction changes with roller conveyor curves
Powered roller conveyor curves enable controlled direction changes within automated conveyor lines. They are used wherever products, containers or workpieces need to be reliably transported around curves and moved on without manual intervention.
Depending on the requirements, different designs, widths, lengths and curve radii are available. The drive can be implemented as a classic centre drive with chain tensioning unit or as a compact solution with motor roller. This allows powered roller conveyor curves to be flexibly integrated into existing or new conveyor layouts.
Drives
For every application
Depending on the design and transport task, different drives and drive types are available for our roller conveyors.
With the direct drive, the hollow-shaft geared motor provides the required drive torque, while the centre drive stands out with its integrated chain tensioning system and permanent tension indicator. The geared motors are configured as required and can be equipped with frequency controllers and cycle control on request. For high speeds and heavy loads, we supply control technology for smooth start-up and damped stopping.
Centre drive
As standard, our powered roller conveyor systems are driven by a compact centre drive. The drive station includes an automatic chain tensioner with permanent tension indicator and is arranged in a space-saving position beneath the conveyor line. For particularly low conveyor designs, for example in double-deck conveyors, raised drive stations are also available.
Direct drive
We also offer cost-effective variants with direct drive. With the direct drive, a hollow-shaft geared motor mounted on the drive shaft provides the required drive torque. Economical and efficient.
Motor roller
Depending on the application, various motor roller systems are available. Power transmission usually takes place from roller to roller via a Poly-V belt. This technology is particularly impressive thanks to its low-noise operation. For high product weights, conveyor rollers with double sprockets can also be used to improve power transmission.

When selecting conveyor rollers, different diameters, materials and coating types are available to suit the specific application.
We offer standard roller diameters from 50 to 80 mm. In addition to conventional steel rollers, rubber-coated rollers and plastic rollers can of course also be supplied. Thanks to the many years of experience of our employees and an extensive portfolio, we always find the right solution for every transport task.
The operating environment and the products to be transported also influence the technical design of the conveyor roller. We manufacture conveyor rollers for every application, in every length and for every load.

U-shapes
Perfect solutions for special tasks
U-shaped container changeover systems, known as U-shapes, are ideal connecting elements between logistics and automation. U-shapes ensure optimum infeed and outfeed of large load carriers, pallets or containers for cycle-independent provision and processing.
Modular design, individual configuration
Thanks to their compact and space-saving design, they make effective use of the available space. In combination with suitable muting systems or high-speed doors, the infeed and outfeed area can be separated from hazardous areas such as fully automated robot processing and inspection stations.
We offer a wide range of functional components for layout design in order to solve almost any transport task. From transport weights of up to 3,500 kg and systems for limited space conditions to safety enclosures, we plan and implement conveyor systems according to product- and production-specific requirements.
Increase efficiency and material flow
Another advantage of the U-shaped design is the option of using loading and unloading lanes as buffer zones. This allows a U-shape layout to create additional capacity or even be expanded into entire container stations. If required, we also program and integrate the appropriate control technology to compensate for fluctuations in material flow and optimise your production in an integrated way.
We are also prepared for a wide range of loading and unloading scenarios. Whether products are fed in and out manually, loaded by forklift trucks, pallet trucks or tugger trains, or handled by automated guided vehicle systems such as AGVs, LGVs, AMRs or FTS, we design product infeed and outfeed individually and according to the highest industrial standards.
