Timed, or with accumulation functionality

easyflow... allows you to transport the workpiece carriers through your production system on a timer or with accumulation functionality. For use as a timed conveyor, the workpiece carrier is screwed to-gether with positive locking. In the version with accumulation functionality, the special accumulation roller chains guarantee rolling removal of the workpiece carriers, and thus very low accumulation pres-sure in the system.

Thanks to the modular design, you have numerous modules and components at your disposal for planning of your easyflow... workpiece carrier system.

This means we can implement complex systems very quickly, to solve your individual transport needs. And last but not least, the standardised modules guarantee easy expansion of easyflow... even years later.
Section modules such as stoppers, index stations, sensors and solutions for manual workstations are also set up in a modular manner, as are the seemingly endless possibilities for design of the workpiece carriers.

Workpiece carrier, motor & deflection

Motor: Two accumulation roller chains are driven with positive connection. A range of motor types and designs are available to drive the easyflow... system. The conveyor speed is adapted individually with the desired timing speed. As an option, the drive motor can be fitted with thermal sensors or protective winding contact, as well as various plug connectors.

Deflection: Easyflow... is fitted with a fully-automatic chain tensioning system. The compact unit is fully integrated into the chassis, and the chain tensioning system can be checked from the outside at any time, using a visual display.

Workpiece carrier: easyflow... allows robust, precise and protective transport of products on the workpiece carrier. The product-specific workpiece holders are mounted on the main body. This means even “complicated” products and workpieces can be transported in a repeatable manner. This also provides the necessary preconditions for exact positioning at robots, testing systems or other units.

Housing & workstations

The easyflow... component always ensures the ideal housing in the deflection area. It is adapted individually to the industrial environment and the desired workpiece carrier format. Even for manual workstations in the deflection area, easyflow... always provides the right protective housing. Ergonomic design and fitted with a pendulum flap and light barrier if required.

Stop, position and index

Stopper: For stopping and isolation, easyflow... is fitted with pneumatic or electrical stoppers. These stop the workpiece carriers with positional accuracy of +/- 0.5 mm. To gently position heavier products, the stoppers can be fitted with additional damping. The position and number of the stoppers can be adapted individually with your wishes, and subsequent adjustment is also no problem.

Indexing station: If the positional precision by the stopper is not adequate, an indexing station is used. Indexing (surveying) achieves positional accuracy of +/- 0.15 mm in the X and Y direction.

Lift indexing station: Using a lift indexing unit also lifts the workpiece carrier from the chain and so it is precisely positioned in the Z position too. The lack of contact with the accumulation roller chains also means the workpiece carrier is also free from vibration.
