easylane... is the perfect workpiece carrier system when it comes to the reliable transport of small to medium-sized products. The extensive range, consisting of modular assemblies, offers you the possibility of implementing complex system concepts in the shortest possible time.

The system is based on the aluminium chassis combined with the extremely robust sliding chain and the perfect matching workpiece carriers. Due to the chassis width of 265 mm, you can easily combine easylane... with existing systems of the same design. With product-specific holders, the easylane... workpiece carriers ensure precise and gentle transport of your products.

Chassis

The 265 mm wide chassis consists of a sturdy anodised aluminium profile. Inside the profile, the sliding chain is guided in a robust steel guide with low wear and low friction. The continuous profile grooves offer you a wide range of mounting options. On both sides, the chassis offers the necessary installation space for stoppers and indexers.

Drives

The form-fit and compact drive offers maximum safety and comfort thanks to its closed housing with viewing windows.

It is equipped with an automatic chain tensioner for low-maintenance operation, which ensures uniform chain tension. The installation of an overload clutch is just as possible as the motor fastening with a clutch bell and claw clutch.

Double drive station

A double drive station is used depending on the load and track length. This allows large production lines to be realized without any problems.

easylane... is reliable and convinces through its longevity. The solid construction is low-maintenance and has an excellent price-performance ratio.

Curves

The easylane... curve modules offer you a cost-effective and space-saving change of direction without a separate belt drive. In the curve area, the alignment of the workpiece carriers is not changed and accumulation operation is possible without any problems. The modular standard cam angles are 90° and 180°. Any special angles required are individually designed and manufactured to meet your requirements. Due to the continuous profile groove, easylane... also offers a wide range of mounting options in the curve area.

Switches

With a switch, easylane... enables the feed in and feed out of workpiece carriers in main and secondary lines. In this way, individual and complex routes can be realized. The points can be set pneumatically, electrically or manually, whereby no additional belt drive is required. As with the curve modules, the standard curve angles of our turnouts are 90° and 180°.

Radius and angle

For the radius of our curves and switch modules, our construction kit also offers two different variants with the sizes 150 mm and 225 mm. This allows us to make optimum use of the available installation space and to respond perfectly to your installation situation.

Stopper & Indexer

For stopping and separating the workpiece carriers, easylane... is equipped with pneumatic, electric or manual stoppers. If required, spring-loaded backstops can fix the workpiece carrier against the conveying direction. For integration into your control system, the stoppers are prepared for a query of the stopper position. This can be done either via cylinder switches or initiators.

Indexer & lift indexer

If an increased position accuracy of the workpiece carrier is required, this is increased to +/-0.15mm with the aid of an indexing station. The workpiece carrier can either be positioned on the sliding chain or completely lifted out of the conveyor section. The lifting height of the lifting indexing station used is adapted exactly to your requirements.

Workpiece carrier

The easylane... workpiece carrier enables an exact and gentle transport of your products on the sliding chain. The product-specific holders are mounted on the top plate. This enables the reproducible transport of „complicated“ products or workpieces as well as exact positioning on robots, test stations or similar units. The workpiece carriers have wear-resistant chain supports.

High-End

The workpiece carriers can be as individual and complex as the conveyor system itself. The right workpiece carrier is always developed for each product. This ensures that your products pass through the production stages precisely and safely.
