Developed for the automotive industry. By means of external friction, the carrier rollers can be easily adjusted from the outside.
24V motorised rollers for non-pressure transport
The efficient 24V motorised rollers provide non-accumulation pressure transport by means of segmented belt drive.
Drive by vertical shaft with external friction
The low maintenance design of the vertical shaft also provides excellent accessibility from the outside and low noise emission.
Stop & position
Workpiece carrier: The workpiece carrier is the interface between your product and the easymove ... transport system. On request, the standardised main body can be equipped with a top plate and product specific mountings.
Indexer: easymove... enables precise alignment of your products thanks to its indexing and positioning units. Optionally, the workpiece carriers can be lifted, rotated or delimited.
Stopper: For the individual separation of the products, a large assortment of different stoppers is available. Therefore, targeted and smooth stopping of the workpiece carrier in all weight and speed ranges is easily possible. In addition to the usual pneumatic function, stoppers are also available in a purely electrical design.
The Automotive modules have carrier rollers with external friction. This construction guarantees optimum accessibility of the drive system.
In this way the friction of each roller can be set conveniently and precisely from the outside.
Another advantage of external friction is the protection of the relevant components against dirt and moisture.
The optimised construction of the carrier rollers of the easymove... Automotive enables a wide variety of designs. Accordingly, many possibilities of implementation of special plant concepts are available.
For example, polished disc wheels can be used for the direct transport of products. Rollers with flanges are used to facilitate the transport of washing baskets or wire baskets.
