The Motek in Stuttgart is a fixed date for well-known industrial companies from Germany and abroad. Broich-Systemtechnik, conveyor technology specialist from the Rhineland, also used the leading trade fair for production and assembly automation to present both proven and new products.

Broich Systemtechnik is one of the established names at the Motek - this was the ninth time that the company from the Rhein-Sieg district in the south of NRW had been present. This time the team welcomed customers and interested parties at a completely redesigned stand.

New workpiece carrier system

But not only the stand was new: With easylane... Broich Systemtechnik is extending its range of products by a further workpiece carrier system for transporting small to medium-sized products.

easylane... is a high-quality, made-to-measure conveyor system with an exceptionally good price-performance ratio, combined with short delivery times. This is made possible by modular assemblies, which allow even demanding concepts to be realised at low cost. The basis is an aluminium chassis, which is combined with a robust sliding chain and individually adapted workpiece carriers to form a complete system - even sensitive goods are transported gently on it. At the same time, easylane... can be combined with existing systems of the same design. In addition to the technical advantages of the new system, managing director and shareholder Roland Müller sees another plus: "We are pleased to have easylane... in our portfolio, a workpiece carrier system that is perfectly suited for the transport of small to medium-sized products.

This was also noted by representatives of the automotive industry, who showed interest in the various workpiece carrier systems, especially in the new easylane... Broich Systemtechnik is one of the few suppliers in the sector whose products meet the particularly high requirements of this branch of industry.

Also on show in Stuttgart were proven Broich products, such as the workpiece carrier systems easyflow... and easyflow... flex, various storage systems and classic belt conveyors. Broich Systemtechnik GmbH's range of products is aimed at industrial customers. The company is a specialist for unit load conveyor technology, workpiece and workpiece carrier transport and for the automation of production processes. Customers from various industries such as the automotive, household electrical and food industries rely on the company's know-how.

Around 70 employees work at the Hennef site in the Rhein-Sieg district. At the end of 2015, a second production facility was opened opposite the main plant. This now provides a total of 3000 square metres of storage and production space.

Managing director and shareholder Alfons Broich draws a positive balance of Motek after four days: "Our expectations were once again exceeded, we were very pleased with the strong interest of the customers. We will of course be there at the next Motek in the coming year - we are looking forward to it!
