Due to their nature, wire belt conveyors can best be used under extremely cold as well as hot conditions. In addition, they are often used as cooling or drying belts, as liquids can drain off excellently and are therefore also easy to clean.

Chassis
The Basis
The torsion-resistant, anodized aluminum profile frame forms the belt bridge and thus the basis of our wire belt conveyors.
Thanks to our modular system, various designs and materials are also available for wire belt conveyors. The 86 mm high GF8 chassis is used as standard for our wire belt conveyors. Designed for high product weights and large dimensions, it also impresses with its three lateral profile grooves for easy attachment of add-on parts such as supports, side guides or sensors. On request, we can also manufacture wire belt conveyors in stainless steel, for example for the food processing industry.

Drive
The drive - Unstoppable!
With our efficient drive concepts, our conveyors master every application, no matter how heavy, fast or steep it may be.
Whether direct or indirect connection between motor and drive roller - we design the drive according to the installation situation and the desired operating mode. Exactly as it should be. In addition to the drive types listed, there are also a large number of special solutions that we will be happy to design and supply on request.
Direct drive
With the direct drive, a hollow-shaft gear motor mounted on the belt drive shaft provides the necessary drive torque. Space-saving and efficient.
Head drive
With the head drive, the motor and drive drum are connected via a chain or timing belt. The motor is arranged below or above the belt conveyor to save space.
Center drive
Various versions with center drive are available for reversing operation or restricted installation conditions at the deflectors. The position of the drive can be flexibly selected below the chassis.
Drum motor
The drum motor integrated in the drive drum is used when an extremely compact drive is required or easy cleaning is required in hygienically sensitive areas!

Supports
Our conveyors are always delivered with a stable base frame, manufactured from anodised aluminium profiles. The height is individually adjusted to the requirements, and can also be seamlessly adjusted +/- 50 mm after delivery. We’re also happy to advise you in terms of ergonomics for the design of the base frame.
