Chassis
The Basis
The chassis of our plastic chain conveyors consists of a torsion-resistant, modular aluminum profile system, which forms the belt bridge and thus the basis of this conveyor technology.
The highly flexible profile system can be configured into almost any conceivable design and can thus be easily integrated into almost any industrial environment. The curve-going plastic hinged chain is guided by the robust guide profile on low-wear plastic glide bars. As standard, we offer three chassis or chain widths from 55 to 85 and up to 195 mm.

Drives
The drive - Unstoppable!
With our efficient drive concepts, our conveyors master every application, no matter how heavy, fast or steep it may be.
The positive drive concept enables a slip-free chain drive with simultaneously laterally stable chain guidance. If required, the motors can be equipped with forced cooling fan, brake, thermal monitoring and additional frequency control. Whether direct or indirect connection between motor and drive roller - we design the drive according to the installation situation and the desired operating mode. Exactly as it should be. In addition to the drive types listed, there is a wide range of special solutions which we will be pleased to design and supply on request.
Direct drive
With direct drive, a hollow-shaft gearmotor mounted on the drive shaft provides the necessary drive torque. Space-saving and efficient.
Head drive
With the head drive, the motor and drive drum are connected via a chain or toothed belt. The motor is arranged below or above the plastic chain conveyor to save space.
Chain Types
Many possibilities - one goal
Depending on the design, the plastic hinge chains used allow not only tight horizontal curves but also a vertical conveying direction and thus transport over several levels.
Hinged plastic chains can be used to realize complex routing in the tightest of spaces. The equipment options of the popular plastic chains also leave hardly anything to be desired. In addition to the standard design with a smooth surface, the chains can be supplied with cleats, friction linings and rubber lips, and even with antistatic properties and FDA-approved materials.
