Broich Systemtechnik presented itself at the Motek in Stuttgart with a trade fair premiere and proven products in its luggage. For the eighth time, the specialist for conveyor technology from Hennef in the Rhein-Sieg district was represented as an exhibitor at the leading trade fair for production and assembly automation. The partner company Tykma Markiersysteme was also present.
A new storage system designed in-house celebrated its premiere at the Broich Systemtechnik stand. The storage tables available in different versions allow, among other things, goods to be buffered during ongoing production. This creates valuable time reserves, also when linking manual workstations and automatic stations.
The focus of interest continued to be the proven easymove workpiece carrier system... Goods weighing up to 250 kilograms can be moved on the workpiece carriers, driven by a tangential chain drive. For heavy cases, there is easymove... plus: Goods weighing up to 1000 kilograms can be transported. If a workpiece is stopped, the rollers stop immediately. This effectively minimizes the impact of back pressure on the material.
With easymove... automotive Broich Systemtechnik is one of the few suppliers on the market to meet the special requirements of the automotive industry. One of the requirements of the industry, the external friction, allows easy access to the chain drive for adjustment and maintenance work on this workpiece carrier system.
Also on display were the proven workpiece carrier systems easyflow... and easyflow... flex. Broich Systemtechnik presented the product line at the Motek in various versions and widths. Classic belt conveyors, such as those used at supermarket checkouts and luggage scanners at airports, were also on display in Stuttgart.
Broich Systemtechnik and Tykma Markiersysteme work closely together under one roof. The Tykma devices for marking goods and signs with laser technology can be perfectly integrated into the conveyor systems from Broich Systemtechnik. Visitors to the trade fair were able to experience the work steps up close and take home individually labeled pens. Mechanical types of engraving are also part of Tykma's product range.
After four days, everyone involved agreed: This trade fair appearance was worthwhile. Once again, the Motek in Stuttgart was the ideal platform to win new customers and maintain existing contacts.
